Wonderfully lit with natural light, the ample windows provide lake and mountain views right from the couch so you can enjoy the scenery no matter what the weather holds.

Swim, surf or paddle there’s plenty to enjoy on the water. Our two rental homes share exclusive access to the adjacent beach directly below so put your feet in the sand and relax. Watch your kids play in the shallow lagoon or spend a quiet evening together in a paradise that’s surprisingly close to home. This pristine glacier-fed lake nestled between two magnificent mountain ranges is the largest natural lake in warm, sunny southern BC and is gorgeously colored in mineral green and blue hues.

Safely store your watercraft on the property and launch daily from Kuskonook Harbour only 3 km away or conveniently rent our wake boat right from a harbour slip at the same location. We offer beachside rentals of paddle boards, kayaks, fishing boats, wake boat and various ATVs with all the accessories at discounted rates to tenants.

Summer comes early in the Creston Valley as warm temperatures start immediately in March and carry right through the Fall with Banana Belt temperatures peaking in July & August. Even grocery shopping becomes a pleasant adventure with a unique and delicious variety of fruit and vegetable stands to explore. Our town’s renowned and plentiful fruit orchards, fruit stands, wineries and fresh vegetables from the Farmer’s Market prove quite delectable.

A short, amazingly scenic drive from Creston and home to over 400 species of birds and wildlife, our location is especially tranquil and idyllic. Kootenay Lake is one of the least populated waterways in all of British Columbia with very little boat traffic even during high vacation season, making it truly southern BC’s undiscovered holiday playground.
